FUND EDUCATION NOW CAMPAIGN

The Fund Education Now campaign was launched in September 2011 in response to over a decade of chronic underfunding of all levels of public education.

The goal of the campaign is to get the BC Liberals and BC NDP to commit to an immediate increase in funding to the public education system on a long-term basis.

The people who make up UPE – parents, teachers, students, tradespeople, and professionals – are all looking to the BC Liberals and BC NDP to step up and show leadership on the future of education in British Columbia.  As we move steadily towards a provincial election in May 2013, education is the issue which will decide the economic future of BC.
